Privacy notice

This notice explains what happens to the details you give us on broxlive.com. In short: we use them only to reply to you, we keep them for a limited time, and this website sets no cookies.

Who is responsible

Broxlive, tax number NIF/CIF, Calle Torreón, 69, Seseña, Toledo, Spain. Write to info@broxlive.com about anything in this notice.

What we collect

• When you send the enquiry form: your name, your work email, your company if you give it, and what you write about your project.
• With each enquiry: the page or link that brought you to us (for example a search engine or a campaign link), so we know which channels work.
• When you visit: anonymous counts of visits and the sites visitors came from. This counting sets no cookies and does not identify you.

Why, and on what basis

We use your enquiry to reply and to talk with you about the project you asked about. The legal basis is taking the steps you asked for before a possible contract (GDPR article 6(1)(b)). We count visits to see which pages and channels are useful, which is our legitimate interest (article 6(1)(f)); the counts are anonymous.

We do not send you marketing, sell your details or use them to make automated decisions about you.

Who else handles them

Cloudflare hosts this website, counts visits, checks the enquiry form for automated spam (Turnstile) and delivers the enquiry email to us. It acts on our instructions as our processor.

Transfers outside the European Union: we make none. Enquiries are read only by our team in Spain.

How long we keep them

Enquiries are kept for 12 months after our last reply, then deleted. If the enquiry becomes a project, the details move into that project's records.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your details, to limit or object to how we use them, or to receive them in a portable format. Write to info@broxlive.com; we answer within one month. If you think we have handled your details wrongly, you can complain to the Spanish data protection authority, the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (aepd.es).

Cookies

This website sets no cookies, so it asks for no consent.
